The Autumn 2021 Conservative Budget brought more good news for Hull, with another of our promises delivered to you. The Chancellor, Rishi Sunak has announced Hull will be awarded £19.5m funding from our Levelling Up Fund. The cash, awarded to the Council, is expected to boost the redevelopment of Whitefriargate by transforming the area into a place to live and work whilst also supporting the regeneration of Albion Square.
